- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation; it will not be charged as the final hotel bill will be settled in the hotel during your stay. Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations will be charged with an administrative fee of EUR 15 if cancellations are received up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If changes or cancellations are received within 48 hours prior to arrival then it is at the discretion of the individual hotel what the penalty fee will be.
- For group reservations consisting of more than 9 rooms, terms and conditions according to the UVH (the Dutch hotel association) apply.
