Mr. Kanzer directs Domini’s shareholder advocacy department, where for more than ten years he has led numerous dialogues with corporations on a range of issues. He is a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Investor Advisory Committee, and serves on the board of the Global Network Initiative, working to protect freedom of expression and privacy on the Internet and other technologies. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
