Dr. Dubach has a degree in economics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and a PhD on 'Managing Environmental Communication in Multinational Companies' from the University of St. Gallen. Since 1997 she has been working for Holcim in several countries and functions. Among them she has been on secondment from Holcim to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development as Advocacy and Communications Director. Since September 2004 she has been leading the Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Coordination Team.
