Ms. Oliveira Pinto e Paiva is the Executive Director of the Sustainable Development Department at Grupo Santander Brasil, responsible for its setup at Banco Real in 2001. She was the head of Febraban’s (Brazilian Federation of Banks) Social Responsibility Commission from July 2002 to September 2003 and the chairman of the CEBDS (Brazilian Business Council for Sustainable Development) Sustainable Finance Technical Chamber from July 2007 to June 2009. She holds a degree in Psychology and a specialization in Human Resources from Michigan University.
