Mr. Curtiss is Head of Corporate Governance at rpmi RAILPEN Investments, the investment management and monitoring arm of the corporate trustee of railway industry pension funds in Great Britain. His main focus is on corporate governance and shareholder engagement with investee companies and others and public policy work. He is member of the International Corporate Governance Network board and chairs its Non-financial Business Reporting Committee which has a strong interest in encouraging better corporate reporting.
