Dr. Loh, JP, OBE, is the CEO of the non-profit policy think tank, Civic Exchange, based in Hong Kong. A lawyer by training, Loh had a 12-year career in commodities trading before becoming a legislator in 1992. She is well-known for her wide-ranging expertise in political issues, as well as energy, climate change and the environment. Loh is senior policy adviser to the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, and board member of the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange, and EastWest Institute.
