Mr. Guttilla has been Director of Corporate Affairs and Government Relations for Natura Cosméticos S.A since May 2000. His responsibilities include the performance of relationship programs and activities with different groups such as government, trade associations, media and opinion makers. He is also in charge of internal communication and the Company's documentation and memory center. Guttilla is also a member of Natura's Brand, Sustainability and Relationship Quality Committees.
